Access to Fund Redemptions.
Log in to the Tiger Trade APP, click on "Profile", go to your Fund Mart account, click on the fund you are holding and select "Redemption" to submit your redemption order.
Rules for Fund Redemptions.
If redemption is made before 11:00 am Beijing time on T day, the order will be accepted on T day, and generally the net redemption value and share will be confirmed on T day on T+1 (different confirmation times for different funds will be different), and the redemption will be completed from T+4 to T+10, and the funds will be returned to the standard account; if redemption is made after 11:00 am Beijing time on T day, the order will be accepted on T day on T+1, and generally the net redemption value and share will be confirmed on T day on T+2, and the funds will be returned to the standard account. Redemptions will be completed from T+5 to T+11, and the funds will be returned to the standard account; different funds have different redemption completion times. Note: Fund redemptions should be completed after the first fund order status is "completed" (T+4 days). Minimum Holding Requirement: If a fund is redeemed in part and still has a position in the fund, the fund has a minimum holding requirement. (Generally, the minimum holding requirement is the same as the minimum purchase amount) Minimum redemption requirement: According to the fund requirements, there is a minimum redemption amount or minimum redemption share requirement at the time of redemption, and the minimum redemption requirement is different for each fund. For example, for a certain fund, the minimum redemption requirement is $100 per 100 shares for a subscription starting from $1050. Partial Redemption: The fund supports partial redemption, there is minimum holding requirement and minimum redemption requirement for partial redemption, the fund must meet both requirements for partial redemption. Full Redemptions: No limit on the number of shares that can be redeemed. However, if the fund's holdings are too small (minimum holdings and redemption shares are not met), the customer may defer processing of the order at the time of redemption, usually within 1-2 weeks.
Arrival time for redemptions.
After redemption, the funds will be returned to the client's securities account (standard account) and redeemed before 11:00 a.m. Beijing time on T-Day, and will be credited from T+4 to T+10.
