How to Close Tiger Tokens
You can turn off two-step verification in Tiger Trade or on the Web/PC.
Please note: Turning off two-step verification in either end will turn off two-step verification across the network.
1 Turn off two-step verification in Tiger Trade.
1.1 In Tiger Trade, click on "Profile", "Settings", "Security settings", "Manage two steps". Authentication" goes to the two-step authentication management page.
1.2 Click to close the two-step verification
1.3 Enter your 6-digit token password as prompted (make sure it is valid).
1.4 Enter your current login password after the verification is passed
1.5 Two-step verification of successful closure
2 Close the two-step verification on the Tiger web/PC trading software (go to 2.1) or Tiger Securities website (go to 2.3).
2.1 Click on Settings in the upper right corner of the web/PC trading software. The diagram is as follows.
2.2 Click "Close two-step verification" to go to the official two-step verification page (Go to 2.4).
2.3 Select "Two-step verification" from the personal center of Tiger Securities website and click "Close two-step verification" to enter the two-step verification closing process.
2.4 Enter your 6-digit token password as prompted (make sure it is valid).
2.5 Enter your current login password after verification.
2.6 Two-step verification of successful closure
Please note: The token will not be deleted automatically after the two-step verification is successfully completed.
